[Conference presentation] Research papers presented at the Tourism Policy Informix

CTR researchers, Dr. Amnaj Khaokhrueamuang and Dr. Abhik Chakraborty attended the Tourism Policy Informix organized by the Department of Tourism Policy, Faculty of Economics, Yamaguchi University held on 20th and 21st January, 2017.

Dr. Khaokhrueamuang presented a research paper entitled ¡°The Agricultural Heritage Systems of Orchard Based on the Concept of Satoyama and Sufficiency Economy: Green Tourism Perspectives for Japan and Thailand¡±, and so did Dr. Chakraborty with the title as ¡°Challenges and Potential of Sustainable Ecotourism: Case Studies from Shiretoko Peninsula and Shirakami Mountain Range World Heritage Sites in Japan¡±.

The Tourism Policy Informix is an annual meeting of the Department of Tourism Policy, Faculty of Economics, Yamaguchi University. Keynotes and research presentations by tourism expertise were delivered in addition to study reports by students this year. On the second day, the professional sessions both in English and Japanese were held. The two CTR researchers presented in the English session.
