Overview

Given the increasing expectations on the tourism sector to contribute to sustainability (such as through the SDGs), there is growing recognition of the need for indicators that can benchmark, measure and monitor the positive and negative tourism impact. In this seminar, Prof Miller, who leads the research on sustainability in tourism and indicator development, will outlines benefits and challenges of indicator implementation especially for the private sector.
